Welllll seeing as I haven't posted since coming out to school, it's about time I play some catchup. This semester has been such a blast with oh so many great adventures. Tooo bad I've only taken about three pictures since I've been here... Thankfully some of my friends are quite addicted to "instagram" and or "facebook". These new addictions have made it much easier for me to steal pictures from them.
The TWILIGHT PREMIERE.
My roomies and I packed a few cars full and drove 45 min to the Kaneohe theater. Thats dedication, right? I can't say I'm the most hardcore fan out there [seeing as I've only red the first book and watched the first two movies] but let me tell ya, these movies never fail to entertain. I don't think they're meant to be comedy, but if you were to ask me which genre they fit under... I'd say comedy.

These past two months I've had a pretty bad cough. I was talking to the madre on the phone a few months ago and she told me I shout probably get it checked out since I still have never finished taking those TB meds. Instead of taking her advice I went to Foodland to get a new prescription of meds. They wouldn't give them to me because the refill date had expired about six months ago. So last week I went to the school Health Center to get the prescription renewed. The Dr. wouldn't do it for me. In fact, because I couldn't stop coughing while I was there, they told me I had to go to the ER and get a chest x-ray done to make sure it hadn't become active. They went on to tell me I probably shouldn't have contact with people until I got my results (which meant I was unable to take my test in the testing center.) The nurse came in and started telling me how serious it was and how the whole state department would have to come in and shut done everywhere I'd been if anything came of the x-ray. Anyways.... I got my x-rays back and No worries guys, I'm all clear. But they still told me I had to go to town for a new prescription of meds.
On Monday Karla and I made the long road trip(probably the longest day in town we have ever had)to Honolulu and found this ghetto A**building. To give you an idea, as we walked in the front doors their were two homeless people sleeping next to the door. When we got in one lady asked if either of us had a quarter. We said we didn't and then another lady piped in and told her to ask Jesus.
WHO KNEW they had a whole building dedicated to TB?!
I found the whole situation quite Hilarious. They had a t.v. set up in the corner giving you information about TB.
In the end, I left the place with the "Mercedes Benz" choice of meds.
And I'll be peeing neon orange for the next four months.
(I'm expecting a Party to be thrown fo me)
KANISHA'S BIRTHDAY.
(Charades. **Warning, don't beat Kanisha or she may end up strangling you)
One of our roommates, Melissa, kept rubbing in the fact that her team won. She knew Kanisha was super competitive. So in doing so she asking to start something (sorta how Matty loves pestering people). Out of nowhere Kanisha leaps across the couch and starts strangling Melissa. It sounds so terrible but after Melissa was able to breath again it was hilarious.

Kanish, Sav and I went to town for dinner with one of Sav's friends from home.
Hanauma, Spitting, Costco and Tubbing
Hanauma Bay is so fun. Every time I go it reminds me how much I wish I was a mermaid. You just snorkel and see tons of cool fish. We saw four turtles this time. After Hanauma we went to Spitting Caves which is this 70ft jump. I didn't do it this time, but it'll happen. After that we went to Costco for dinner and then went pool hopping in town. The Mariott in Waikiki has a super nice pool/tub on the roof so we just went swimming there. And then on the way home I got pelted in the face with rain drops (sitting in the bed of a truck for an hour and a half on the freeway while it's pouring, don't worry mom we found a random bench seat and put it in the back to sit on...)

Tay and Syds family came to visit. It was so fun hanging out with them! Alex sang for us, he's amazing. They took us out to dinner (twice!) and they got us a hotel room to stay in town for a night.

the never ending HALLOWEEN
there were halloween parties galore this year.
by the time the actual halloween day came I was ready for it to be done.
The first night, at the school dance, I was a vampire.
The next night I was a hippie, and the last night I was an 80's girl.
I was told that all my costumes are "cop out" costumes.
On Monday night, the actual night of Halloween Sean, Kanish, Tyler, Josh and I went to Waikiki to walk and see all the Crazy costumes.
We saw some crazies, but my favorite costume was the I pad X.
Towards the end of the night people started getting tackled by cops and we started seeing more skin....

SKYDIVING
It finally happened!
The airplane ride up was amazing.
I loved being able to see the Northshore from an aerial view.
Anyone debating if they should go, just go.
I wasn't scared or nervous at all.
I thought at least my heartbeat would start to speedup, but that didn't even happen.
It was just cool.
Except for the screeching ears.
But everything else made it so worth it.

Good thing we're friends with Sean who knows the code to get in.
The bunkers are filled with old movie posters/props that are signed by casts.
We climbed a bunch ladders to get to the top and look out at the ocean.
