the CALLING.

Lately I've been attending the Family History class in my new ward. I started going because I heard you got to sit on the computer the whole time... I was hoping that would make it a little easier to stay awake throughout the 2nd hour.... It did. It made it 10x easier! In my patriarchal blessing it told me that in the future I would have the opportunity to do some family history work... Of course I was thinking that meant like super in the future, but this past week I got called to be one of the family history workers (along with everyone else in the ward it didn't have a calling yet..)... I'm starting to like the class a lot more and not just because of the computers. I think it's really interesting to be able to find out about our ancestors! SO, as part of my calling I'm supposed to work on at least 2 hours of family history per week. This includes the class and journaling or things like that aka MY BLOG. I'm taking this calling as an opportunity to attend the class every week AND to become more regular with my blog. We'll see how it goes.
